How do I speed up my metabolism?
To speed up your metabolism, develop a plan.
Start slow and consistent with:

My hips seem like they are stiffening up. Can I do something to avoid that?
If your hips are stiff, here are a few questions for you: How do you sit? How long do you sit? Here is my advice:

Do you work with both men and women? And where?
Yes, I work with men and women. Most people want the 1 to 1 attention but I also do small group training sessions.
I train people in their homes and in the gyms they have in their condo communities.

I am finished with PT but want to start exercising again. Where do I start? What do I do first?
During Physical Therapy, the therapist provides regular exercises. Continuing them to address the original reason for the therapy is essential along with gradually expanding the range of your exercises to:

build muscle

build balance
-
and improve coordination.
Work with me or another personal trainer to help you coordinate these aspects of your fitness journey.
Is it true that we lose muscle as we age? When does that start?
Yes, it is true that we lose muscle as we age. It begins before the age of 40.
What is the pelvic floor? Is it true that you can exercise those muscles? Does that help with "leaking"?
The pelvic floor muscles are deep in the abdomen of both men and women. In addition to bladder control, they also help with your posture. There are a number of exercises targeting the pelvic floor such as a hip bridge, that can help with leaking.
